What is an assisted sale?

An assisted sale is when we partner with a property owner to improve and sell their property for the best possible return.
Rather than purchasing the property outright, Double Infinity Properties funds and manages the improvement, renovation and sales process, from start to finish.

Once the property sells, the agreed costs are repaid and the remaining profit is shared as outlined in the partnership agreement.

This approach allows owners to unlock the full market potential of their property without needing to provide upfront capital or manage the process themselves.

Is my investment secured?

Each project is structured differently. Some investments are secured against property title, while others are partnership-based or structured via profit share. All terms are discussed transparently before commitment.
